HRD/G, Asia Pacific Outbound Team

Brief Description of HRD/G

We are Global Assignment Management Hub Asia consultation function responsible for Asian assignees to more than 11 countries. We support business’s globalization by ensuring attractive and effective framework for global assignments as well as by providing professional support for employees and business


Basic Requirement

•Guarantee student enrollment during the internship.
•Fulltime internship 5 days per week, 6 months.
•Starting date ASAP.

Job Description

• Support teammates with the payout of compensation for international assignees.
• Documents preparing, processing and archiving.
• Streamline Global Assignment Management related process.
• Support on department administrative coordination, incl. meeting room booking, stationary application etc.

•Salary: 3000 RMB/month gross.
