绿洲游戏（OASIS GAMES）于2011年在香港成立，总部位于北京，是一家集游戏发行和自主研发为一体的新型数字娱乐公司，并已经成为中国最大的全平台游戏海外发行商之一。
    公司旗下发行的产品包括《Legend Online》（《神曲》海外版）、《Naruto Online》（《火影忍者OL》海外版）、《最终幻想 觉醒》、《山海情缘》等，目前全部产品已在全球范围内本地化为16种语言，发行到了北美、南美、中东及欧洲的130余个国家和地区。2019年，由绿洲游戏、索尼互动娱乐和十月文化三方联合出品，并由日本HexaDrive负责研发的大型3D动作冒险PlayStation 4游戏《西游记之大圣归来》将率先登陆中国主机市场，成为首款基于中国原创IP的全球化AAA级别的游戏产品。

现公司招聘如下8各岗位：

1 游戏运营实习生（德语）
岗位职责：
1. 负责游戏运营数据的统计、分析；
2. 负责玩家客服问题的处理，对游戏的bug进行及时发现、反馈和解决；
3. 负责翻译游戏活动、公告、邮件（中翻德），并协调游戏德语版本翻译、制作和更新等准备工作；
4. 负责游戏日常运营工作，包括在上线和开服过程中的服务器，市场推广，支付等准备工作的沟通协调处理；

任职要求：
1.德语相关语言专业，语言读写熟练，每周保证实习4-5天；
2. 热爱游戏行业，熟悉网络游戏。有丰富的游戏经验者优先考虑；
3. 具备较强的协调沟通能力，强烈的责任心、创新意识、学习能力及团队合作精神；
4. 具备良好的逻辑思维和敏锐的数据分析能力，优秀的计算机使用水平，较好的文字功底；
5. 在海外有过工作学习生活经历者优先考虑。


2 海外PR实习生
主要职责：
1. 收集公关和营销活动的定量和定性数据。
2、进行市场分析和竞争研究。
3、协助公关和营销团队完成日常行政工作。
4、协助开展有偿市场推广活动（如广告、社交媒体、影响力活动等）。
5、帮助筛选和分发营销材料。
6、管理和更新游戏社区管理数据。
7、协助组织线下营销活动。


任职要求：
1. 本科以上学历，每周实习4-5天，优秀的英语口头和书面沟通能力。
2. 强烈的求知欲和专业驱动力。
3. 对不同的营销技巧有扎实的理解。
4. 熟练掌握微软办公软件。
5. 热爱市场营销或游戏行业及其最佳实践。

3 主机游戏运营实习生
岗位职责：
1  负责玩家客服问题的处理，对游戏的bug进行及时发现、反馈和解决；
2. 负责翻译游戏活动、公告、邮件（中翻英）；
3、负责原创内容的日常撰写与发布；
4、与用户互动，挖掘潜在用户，了解用户需求，提升用户活跃度。

任职要求：
1. 2020级应届生，英语六级以上优先考虑，良好的听说读写能力，每周实习4-5天，可以实习半年以上；
2. 热爱游戏行业，熟悉主机游戏，有丰富的主机游戏经验；
3. 具备较强的协调沟通能力，强烈的责任心、创新意识、学习能力及团队合作精神；
4. 在海外有过工作学习生活经历者优先考虑。

4游戏运营实习生（日语）
岗位职责：
1.负责游戏运营数据的统计、分析；
2.负责玩家客服问题的处理，对游戏的bug进行及时发现、反馈和解决；
3.负责翻译游戏活动、公告、邮件（中翻日），并协调游戏日语版本翻译、制作和更新等准备工
作；
4.负责游戏日常运营工作，包括在上线和开服过程中的服务器，市场推广，支付等准备工作的
沟通协调处理；
5.负责公司游戏在海外运营过程中运营活动的策划和组织，通过实施合理的运营活动促进游戏
用户的留存和付费的提高；

任职要求：
1.大三、大四或研究生，日语系专业，有海外学习经验者优先考虑，每周实习4-5天；
2.热爱游戏行业，熟悉网络游戏。有丰富的游戏经验者优先考虑；
3.具备较强的协调沟通能力，强烈的责任心、创新意识、学习能力及团队合作精神；
4.具备良好的逻辑思维和敏锐的数据分析能力，优秀的计算机使用水平，较好的文字功底；


5韩语助理实习生
职位职责：
1、了解韩国当地用户特征，游戏类型等相关咨询，提炼内容，对当地产品进行总结分析。
2、相关文件文档的翻译
3、上级交代的其他工作。

职位要求：
1、本科以上学历，20级或21级应届毕业生，每周实习3-5天，精通韩语，可熟练听、说、
读、写；
2、有一定的产品判断力、分析归纳能力，能快速准确判断用户反馈问题类型及优先级；
3、热爱游戏，对游戏有一定了解，不限于市面上主流游戏；
4、机灵、开朗、有好奇心，较强的语言沟通及文字表达力；

6 Game Localization and Operation Support – German
Responsibilities:
-Translate and localize in-game text of the company’s games from Chinese to German (or English to German in some cases) for their operation in the German speaking market
-To establish translation term base
-Translate and copy write PR and marketing material for the company’s game products
-Marketing research in game products and player service

Requirements:
-German native speaker
-Fluent Chinese is required
-Be able to meet deadline
-Hard-working and Professional
-Have passion for games, game players preferred
-Internship，Full-time

7 Advertisement Designer for Mobile Games
Design AD, Banner, Logo, flash for Mobile games to meet the Marketing needs.
Be able to use Photoshop, Illustrator, Flash, etc. softwares

Responsibilities:
1. High quality and independent completion of design of various types of media promotional graphic advertisements;
2. Be able to design high-quality promotional wallpapers and banner advertisements according to different overseas market needs;
3. Adapt accordingly to different game products of the company. Design and produce corresponding product advertisements and event advertisements, etc.; and have certain ability in the overall composition of advertisements, the use of fonts and the color control of the whole advertisement;
4. Dynamic banner design with certain flash animation design ability ; independently design official products and other advertising media;
5. Have a deep understanding of online game communication;

Requirements:
1. College degree or above, graduated in fine arts or related majors;
2. Has a good creative ability and a keen sense of color, with a strong combination of graphic and creative ability;
3. Proficiency in the use of Photoshop, Illustrator, Flash and other design software, can make the corresponding game dynamic and static advertising;
4. Have good communication, collaboration and rich team work experience, clear logical thinking, serious and meticulous work, and can withstand greater work pressure.
5. Loves design work, has innovative thinking, and has strong self-learning ability;

6. Internship，Full-time

8 Game Marketing/PR specialist
Responsibilities:
1.Contribute posts for games' social media accounts (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Reddit)
about the games' feature, events and anime background. Edit and write all of the content
for the posts, and manage the creative asserts as well.
2.Manage PR needs with agencies (product creative ideas, overall communication
strategy, KPIs), compose articles that promote the game and highlight its
differentiations and features to get more appeals from the target audiences.
3.Create an editorial plan and schedule for the game content production, including the
identification of themes, frequency of articles ect and plan to generate content and
execute community events around each event or milestone.
4.Build close and timely interaction with gamers, read the community. Managing,
interacting and collecting feedback via social media and forums and give feedback to the
operation team.
5.Gather and presenting market data (target audience, competitors, monetization
practices, trends).
6.Compose digital ads content for Facebook, Google ads.

Requirements:
1. Native English speaker (American preferred}. Excellent grammar and spelling.
2. Have strong interest in anime, game and pop culture.
3. Experience managing community, ads content PR ect. Understanding of US gaming market (mandatory).
4. Team player - collaborative yet takes ownerships of projects.
5. Good time management - must adhere to deadlines.
6. Minimum Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Communications, Journalism.
7. Creative and imaginative, with an eye for detail.
8. Internship，Full-time
